WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders ship within 1-4 business days from the date of your order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product details. Orders placed Friday after 12pm GMT will be in process the following Monday.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?
Standard Shipping Time is 3 To 15 days depending on which country we are shipping to.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive a notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven't received the tracking number or if it doesn't work, it's okay, contact us and we'll fix it.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Most returns requests are processed within 5 to 7 business days.
At this time, we unfortunately do not accept exchanges.
HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We are able to make changes to an order or cancel it if the order has not shipped yet.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT OUT OF STOCK?
Please be aware that updates may be delayed during special events, such as End of Season Sale, Online Sample Sale, or any other promotional sales, even though we try our best to ensure that our website accurately reflects what's held in our inventory.
WHY DO I SEE A CHARGE ON MY BANK ACCOUNT AFTER RECENTLY PLACING AN ORDER?
The term "authorization" refers to it. This routine banking procedure confirms the validity of your account and that you have enough money. It normally takes 48 to 72 hours for the permission to pass, depending on your bank. Contact the bank that issued your credit card if you need to expedite that procedure.
