All orders ship within 1-4 business days from the date of your order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product details. Orders placed Friday after 12pm GMT will be in process the following Monday.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive a notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven't received the tracking number or if it doesn't work, it's okay, contact us and we'll fix it.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Most returns requests are processed within 5 to 7 business days.

WHY DO I SEE A CHARGE ON MY BANK ACCOUNT AFTER RECENTLY PLACING AN ORDER?
